Each vacant stage we do is custom to the property. We don't subscribe to "one size fits all" staging. We pay attention to the style and finishes in the house and then create a custom assortment most complimentary to the home and demographic of the potential buyer. It's all about how someone FEELS in the space so we create that aspirational environment where buyers can see themselves.

Occupied Staging

We are designers who stage so our philosophy is taking the owners existing items and creating a design story which is most complimentary to their existing items. Steps of occupied staging:

1) in home consultation

2) generating homeowners "homework" list ie shifting or removing items

3) installation of supplemental art, furniture, and decor
